Terms and Conditions
Terküa Beach Hotel — Nuquí
The following conditions apply to all services, reservations, and plans offered by Playa Terküa Hotel. By confirming a reservation, the guest accepts the policies described here.
1. Reservations and Confirmation
- Reservations are subject to availability.
- To confirm a reservation, a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total service value is required.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the experience or according to agreed conditions.
- Rates may change without notice until the booking is confirmed.
2. Payment Policies
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer, deposit, digital platforms or other authorized means.
- All financial costs or bank fees associated with the payment are borne by the customer.
- The reservation is only considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been received.
3. Cancellations and Changes
Due to the logistics of the destination and the operation in a remote area:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: possibility of rescheduling without penalty (subject to availability).
- Cancellations between 15 and 30 days: a penalty of up to 50% of the amount paid may be applied.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance: no refund.
- No-show: no refund.
- Date changes are subject to availability and possible fare adjustments.
In cases of verifiable force majeure, each situation will be evaluated individually.
4. Transport and Climatic Factors
- The destination is located in a natural region where variable weather conditions may occur.
- Delays or changes in air or sea transport due to weather conditions, operational issues, or decisions by third parties are not the responsibility of the hotel.
- The hotel will support the management of solutions, but does not assume additional costs arising from external factors.
5. Included Services
Each plan includes only the services specified in its description. Additional services or usage not included must be paid for separately.
6. Guest Responsibility
The guest agrees to:
- Respect the facilities, internal rules, and staff.
- Take care of the natural environment.
- To be financially liable for damages caused by misuse or negligence.
- Adhere to established schedules for activities and logistics.
The hotel reserves the right of admission and to refuse stay in case of inappropriate behavior.
7. Health and Medical Conditions
- The guest must inform in advance of any relevant medical conditions.
- Some activities may involve moderate physical exertion.
- The hotel is not responsible for medical situations not previously reported.
8. Insurance
All plans include basic hotel insurance for the duration of your stay. External activities may be subject to third-party operator terms and conditions.
9. Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
10. Photographs and Use of Image
The hotel may use photographs or videos taken during the experience for promotional purposes, unless the guest expresses their refusal in writing.
11. Force Majeure
The hotel will not be liable for breaches arising from force majeure events such as:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- External transport problems
- Public order situations
- Natural disasters
In these cases, alternatives or rescheduling will be sought where possible.
12. Acceptance
By making the payment for the reservation, the client declares that they have read and accepted these conditions and restrictions.
